We don't have brokers. We have advisors.

One senior advisor mandated to you alone, the entire transaction record behind them, and a desk that handles everything from the first conversation to the day you exit.

A broker
  • Paid by the seller
  • Shows you what they are holding
  • Comparables you cannot verify
  • Measured on closing the deal
  • Reachable until handover
An Elite advisor
  • ✓Mandated to you
  • ✓Searches the whole market, including off-market
  • ✓Every price read from the DLD record
  • ✓Measured on how your portfolio performs
  • ✓Yours for as long as you hold
The people

Two advisors. Both spent a career pricing assets before ever selling one.

Elite is deliberately small. You are introduced to one of two senior advisors, and that person stays with you — they hold your mandate, they know your portfolio, and they are the reason Elite exists. The data is the instrument; the advisor is the judgement.

Aurelijus Jakavickas

Aurelijus Jakavickas

Senior advisor · Dubai

Aurelijus came to Dubai from the European market and built his practice on analysis rather than inventory — publishing side-by-side reads of Dubai against Berlin, Madrid and the wider EU, and tracking transaction volume, off-plan share and area performance month by month. He advises investors who want the arithmetic before the address.

Melanie Krattiger

Senior advisor · Dubai

Melanie qualified as a lawyer in Switzerland and moved to the UAE in 2016, acting for high-net-worth individuals and an Asian investment fund deploying into real estate and hospitality. She came to advisory through structuring and negotiation, not sales — which is why clients hand her the whole file: the deal, the paperwork, and the terms nobody else reads.

The service

Everything, handled.

Elite is a concierge desk. Your advisor is the single point of contact; everything below happens without you chasing it.

How a mandate runs

Four stages, one desk.

01

The brief

A conversation about capital, horizon, risk appetite and what you are actually solving for. No property is discussed.

02

The thesis

Your advisor returns with a written position: the segments that fit, the evidence behind each, and what would have to be true for it to be wrong.

03

Shortlist and offer

On- and off-market opportunities matched to the thesis, each with comparables, valuation and yield. Your advisor negotiates; you decide.

04

Hold and exit

Live valuation on everything you own, rent reviews, refinancing windows, and a flag when it is time to move.

Access

Elite is by introduction.

An advisor can hold only a small number of mandates and still know each portfolio properly. With two advisors on the desk, we keep it that way deliberately — and we would rather turn someone away than serve them thinly.

Elite costs nothing beyond the commission you would pay any broker on the transaction. The same fee — a very different person earning it.

Questions
Is there a minimum?+

Elite is built for serious mandates. Rather than publish a number, we would rather have the conversation — your advisor will tell you honestly on the first call whether Elite is right for what you are doing, or whether our free tools cover it.

What makes an advisor different from a good broker?+

A good broker is still paid by the seller and still shows you their inventory. Your advisor is mandated to you, searches the entire market including off-market, and is measured on how your portfolio performs — not on whether a particular unit sells.

Which of the two advisors will I work with?+

We match on mandate, not availability. Aurelijus takes yield-led and off-plan briefs; Melanie takes prime, cross-border and structuring-heavy ones. If your brief sits between the two, you will hear that on the first call and can choose.

I live abroad. Does that work?+

Most of our mandates are held by clients outside the UAE. Viewings are walked on video, paperwork runs on power of attorney, and handover and snagging are done on your behalf.

I already own in Dubai. Can you help?+

Yes. A large part of the desk's work is deciding what to keep. Your advisor tracks live value on everything you hold and flags refinancing, rent review and exit windows.

Am I obliged to buy through you?+

No. The thesis is yours either way. Most clients transact with us because the advisor has already done the work, but nothing binds you to it.

Tell an advisor what you are trying to do.

Thirty minutes, no obligation. If Elite is not right for you, they will say so and point you to the tools that are.
