Getting connected
Which apps work with Prop-AI?
Claude, ChatGPT and other apps that support remote MCP connectors.
I added Prop-AI but don't see it in my chat
Start a new chat and check Prop-AI is switched on in the app's tools or connectors menu.
The sign-in window didn't open
Allow pop-ups for your AI app's website and press Add to Claude or Add to ChatGPT again.
I signed in with the wrong email
Remove the Prop-AI connector, add it again, and choose 'Not you? Use another email' on the sign-in screen.
Plans and billing
What do I get for free?
Basic is free for around 10 questions a day, with every tool and the last 12 months of data.
How is usage measured?
Each question your assistant sends to Prop-AI uses 1–3 credits. Basic has 20 a day, Standard 100 and Pro 1,000, resetting at midnight Dubai time.
I upgraded but still see the old limits
Start a new chat. Plan changes apply within a minute.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Open Manage subscription on your Prop-AI plan page to change plan, update your card or cancel.

What data does Prop-AI use?
Official DLD and DIFC sales since 1998, DLD rental contracts since 2010, and DLD mortgages, updated daily. More datasets are being added.
Prop-AI couldn't find my building
Use the project or community name as registered with the Dubai Land Department. Prop-AI suggests the closest match.

Security and access
Is the connection safe?
Yes. Prop-AI only reads market data. It receives the questions your assistant sends to it, never your other chats, files or connectors, and you can disconnect at any time.
Can I use Prop-AI with other AI apps?
Yes. Add the Prop-AI MCP server in any app that supports custom remote MCP servers, then sign in with your Prop-AI account.
